1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo. Valid government ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport) is required before the session begins. We strictly do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

2. Deposits & Cancellations

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot.
• Deposits go towards the final cost of your tattoo.
• You must give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

3. Health & Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions (diabetes, hemophilia, skin conditions) or allergies. We reserve the right to refuse service if:
• You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• You have a sunburn or damaged skin in the tattoo area.
• You are pregnant or nursing.

4. Artwork & Repairs

• Custom Designs: Designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Ink Wizards.
• Touch-ups: One free touch-up is included within 3 months of the original session, provided you followed our aftercare instructions.

5. Loyalty Program

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• We reserve the right to modify tier benefits or point values at any time.
• Any fraudulent activity (fake referrals) will result in account termination.
